Golden Flaxseed is a good source of omega-3 acids, which have proven to provide numerous health benefits, including helping lower blood cholesterol and controlling high blood pressure. A: Western Canada is the worlds largest grower of flax seeds. Both dark brown and golden flax seeds are considered a pure food.

A: A special process was developed to mill the flax after some of the oil was removed.
